General Questions

What do I need to Get Started?

A strong internet connection.
A TV that is HDMI compatible.
Any Android device as well as other devices mentioned here.
(We suggest speeds of at least 50 mbps over Wi-Fi. A decent streaming device such an Nvidia Shield Pro or an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max does matter for the best viewing experience. Hot spots and cell phone data service may have inadequate speeds for the service.)

I like what I see, but can I get a trial first?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day free trial. This will give you complete access to most of our service. Once you’ve reviewed what we have to offer and are satisfied, you can purchase a 12 month package.

I have an Amazon Fire Stick. Can I use that to get your service?

Yes, you can.  We recommend the following TV streaming devices: Firestick 4K, Nvidia Shield or Onn 4K Streaming Box. 

What kind of streaming content do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of Live streaming and On-Demand content from all over the world, including 3,600+ Live TV channels and 15,000+movies/shows that you know and love. You can view our categories and channel lineup by clicking on the channels tab in the main menu.

What are simultaneous streams?

Unlike traditional cable or satellite TV services, our service doesn’t require you to rent a receiver for every TV in your home. Our customers get multiple simultaneous streams, no matter which device they want to watch TV on. The number of simultaneous streams you have determines how many different devices can play different programs at any given time. You may install the apps and use an unlimited number of devices to stream our service; however, you can only use the amount of lines simultaneously that you paid for.

How many connections or TV's do your offer per subscription?

We offer 2 or 4 stream accounts with the ability to add if you need more.

Can I use it anywhere?

Absolutely. Many IPTV providers lock your IP, which means you can only use their service from within your home network. With our service, you can watch your favorite shows & channels anywhere, anytime on any of the following devices: smartphones, Android box 5.1 or higher, Amazon Fire Stick and Tablets (WIFI is needed as well). Take your firestick on vacation everywhere you go!

Can you record/DVR?

Yes, you do have the ability to record. However, that is rarely necessary. Some channels have a "catch up" feature, which allows the ability to watch shows that have aired in the last several days. We also have an on demand sectional that has virtually every show/movie imaginable. In order to record you will need a USB adapter to record onto a thumb drive. Devices do not have enough storage built in to handle recording. 

Typically, the only shows that are not available on demand are daily talk shows, local news and game shows.

Do you offer Privacy Protection?

We take our customers privacy very seriously, we make sure to encrypt all the connections between you and our servers so no one can be able to track your activities.

Do you have a referral program?

You bet we do! We appreciate your business and would like to thank you for helping spread the word. After referring only 5 friends who open a 12 month account (30 day trial does not apply), your service will remain free for as long as those accounts remain active. That's right, we have members who are enjoying our service complete FREE!  It's actually pretty easy once you see the value of our service first hand.


Payments & REfunds

What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accepts payments through Stripe, which accepts credit cards. If a customer prefers Paypal or Venmo, they can contact our Telegram chat support group and request to create using those methods.
Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. We are extremely confident you will love our service. However, if you have any doubt you may opt for the 30 day trial.

How do we cancel?

Your purchase is not a "subscription" so there is no need to cancel. All orders are one time purchases and billing is not automatically recurring. We'd hate to see you go, but if you're not happy simply let your account expire. No need to do anything else.

Is your service compatible with Apple IOS devices?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We want to make sure we're providing the best quality. Therefore, we designed our service to work on TV streaming devices. At this time the superior TV devices do not include anything with iOS. 

Troubleshooting

How do I check my internet speed & quality?

Please use speed test server below to test your internet connection, Do this few times through the day. This will give you a good idea of overall internet speed available to you. A stable 4.0 Mbps is the minimum requirement.

Channels are freezing/buffering, what can I do?

There are two potential causes for freezing / buffering.

1. Client side – The quality of IPTV service is dependents upon your internet connection, your wifi speed, and your streaming device. To minimize the impact of any potential issue with wifi connection between your device and the internet router/modem, connect your device directly to the router with an Ethernet cable and rebooting your device. Your device might not have enough memory (RAM) and/or CPU to handle the streaming service. It is advisable to get a fairly new device to take full advantages of the high quality streaming service.

2. Server side – We strive to be the leader in IPTV when it comes to reliability and quality. However, we may occasionally experience technical issues with our host that cause some channels to go down or freezing/buffering issues. Please be patient and resist the urge to email us immediately as we do monitor the server and are aware of problems as they arise. If the problem persist feel free to contact us.

Another potential cause of buffering is using multiple devices and not properly Exiting them. This causes the system to cut the oldest connection and your App attempts to re-establish the connection. This action causes you to go over your allowed connection. What this looks like on your end is buffering.

How many devices are you allowed and how many do you use?

If you are watching a device and hit home, the app still continues to run in the background providing a connection.

The system will not stop you from turning on a device.…but will kill the oldest connection to keep you within your limit.

So if you only have 2 connections but 3 are trying to connect at the same time…what looks like buffering is actually the system killing the connections.

So check connections. On Apps hit back to get to main App menus so there is NO content being played before hitting home. If your buffering force close the App on ALL devices that you have previously used.

How to solve lagging and freezing issues

A RESTART OF YOUR ROUTER AND DEVICE SOLVES 90% OF ISSUES.

A restart of your Router and Device solves 90% of Issues! Before proceeding to troubleshoot any issues, please perform a restart on your equipment. Power off your router, pull the plug for 1 min and power on again. This will clear the cache from your router. Then turn your TV box or Smart TV off, pull the plug for 1 minute and turn and back on. This will clear out all the old cache settings from your router and device and should provide a fresh connection. This is often the solution to a lot of problems and is essential before other troubleshooting can begin.

  1. Restart the device and see if that fixes the issue.
  2. Restart the wi-fi
  3. If steps 1 and 2 did not fix the issues, get your connection Re-synced through our Customer Support Chat.

Tried all of them and still facing lagging issues?

The most reliable solution is using a Premium VPN while streaming.

We recommend using SurfShark VPN. SurfShark, works extremely well and is very reasonably priced.

The second is changing your ISP, but I wouldn’t recommend it because there isn’t a way to find out if they are gonna start throttling your speed someday. So you should stick with the VPN solution.

If your still experiencing issues, check if your advanced security is turned off on your routers options, most of the time at&t, xfinity and some other internet providers block our app from fully connecting.

Is a VPN Required?

Most don’t need a VPN, you may need one if your ISP is blocking or throttling your internet speeds. 

In some cases you may need to turn the VPN on in order to update the playlist or EPG.  If so, turn the VPN back off prior to watching TV.
